RANIA SULFA

Rania Sulfa is an Indonesian producer passionate about telling stories that connect audiences across cultures. A graduate of the New York Film Academy, Los Angeles (Summa Cum Laude, GPA 3.9), Rania has worked on over 25 projects spanning feature films, series, and documentaries across Indonesia, Singapore, and the United States. Her collaborations include productions with Netflix, Disney+, Catchplay, and Apple, where she has served in various roles from line producer to production executive, bringing both creative sensitivity and practical precision to her sets.

Growing up in Makassar, Rania developed a deep appreciation for the power of storytelling in building empathy and community. Her commitment to the Indonesian film industry extends beyond production; she is dedicated to building ecosystems that make filmmaking accessible, mentoring young storytellers, and advocating for efficient, inclusive structures to support the country’s creative economy.
